What is included in renting The Sippin' Stand?

We deliver, set up, mix the drink mixture and style! We will pick up the stand and the frozen drink machine at the agreed upon time.

 

How do I book? How far in advance do I need to book?

Please fill out the form on our BOOKING page. We will contact you with an invoice and a contract for you to book your party. Your party is not booked until the security deposit is paid and your contract has been signed. We require 30 days in advance for The Sippin' Stand but if needed sooner we will work our best to get the date you need. 

Is there a security deposit? 

There is a required $100 Security Deposit, which is applied to your total balance. Once the contract and deposit have been received then your date is secured. 

When is my balance due?

You will be invoiced right after your date is booked but your total balance is due 7 days prior to your event date. 

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel The Sippin' Stand, as long as you cancel 7 days prior to your event, you will receive a full refund and if you cancel less than 7 days from your event, we will refund your balance with the exception of your security deposit. 

Are there any penalty charges?

Any damages to the machines or stand will result in loss of security deposit or replacement costs of equipment. If the rental equipment is not available at time of pick up, we reserve the right to charge for an additional night.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Venmo, credit card, cash or check. Our invoices are sent via Quickbooks, which you can pay directly through as well.

Can I buy daiquiris from The Sippin' Stand?

State laws prevent us from providing or selling you alcohol. We will provide you with a detailed shopping list to make sure you get everything you need!

Can I purchase my own alcohol?

Of course! We will supply the beverage mix and mix it all together for you the day of the event. The Sippin' Stand is not responsible if you run out of beverages at your event.

Do you stay and man the stand for the party?

We can stay and man the stand for an additional cost.

How long do we get the stand and machines?

They are rented for one day. Any additional days are $50 per day.

How long will it take to set up? Pick up?

Please allow 1 hour for set up and 1 hour for pick up. 

 

What other services do you offer?

Outside of The Sippin' Stand rental, we also offer balloon services, custom drink signs, additional mixes, and fruit/candy garnishes! You can purchase these services or rentals separately, or combine them!

How far do you travel? Is there a travel fee?

We are keeping business to the Northshore at the moment and the Mandeville/Covington/Madisonville/Folsom areas are included in our pricing. If your event location is outside of the Mandeville/Covington/Madisonville/Folsom areas, we do have a small travel fee. We prefer to stay within the Greater St. Tammany area, but we will always consider traveling to you to make your event happen if you reach out to us!

How big is The Sippin' Stand? Can the stand be set outside?

Our "Original" & "Deluxe" Stand is 2.5 feet wide x 6.5 feet tall x 5 feet long. We can fit indoors if the venue has a french door entryway. We always ask that you confirm with your venue to see if it is okay with them before booking with us. Please ensure that the space for stand is clean & cleared and there is an outlet nearby for the machines. The Sippin' Stand is equipped to be inside and primarily located outside for events. If requesting to be outside, we prefer to be under a porch or awning to keep the stand out of weather for long durations of the day.

Our "Mini" Stand is 2.5 feet wide x 6.5 feet tall x 3 feet long. This setup is perfect for small indoor/outdoor gatherings and can fit through the standard door entryway. We always ask that you confirm with your venue to see if it is okay with them before booking with us. Please ensure that the space for stand is clean & cleared and there is an outlet nearby for the machines.

How many drinks does the frozen drink machine produce?

Both dispensers hold 4 gallons of frozen drink mix, which can yield around 50, 9oz drinks in each dispenser.

What is your Party Package?

Don't want a whole stand setup but want frozen drinks, we got you! Our ready to drink Party Packages are pre-mixed and perfect for any event. We just ask for a week heads up and these are all yours! These are non-alcoholic and ready to enjoy right out the freezer! You get to pick between our Freeze Pops, 16oz Bottles, or Slushsicles. We will discuss a central location for pickup and you must have a way to keep them frozen before your event. 

What type of events do you service?

Any private events! If we will fit, we will be there.

Please remember that we do not sell per cup/per person at any events!
